HANOVER, Md. – April 13, 2026 – Phillips Corporation has been named a recipient of the 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces Award, a national recognition celebrating organizations that foster exceptional workplace cultures and empower employees to thrive. 

The annual Top Workplaces award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have built people-first cultures where employees feel valued, respected, and inspired to do their best work. More than 40,000 organizations were invited to participate this year, with only 1,661 earning recognition.
