Applicants must be residents of the United States, at least 18 years of age at the time of application, employed by or affiliated with a manufacturing organization, and currently perform or support machine maintenance, service, troubleshooting, repair, or related technical functions.
This is a recurring monthly program. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Applications will be evaluated based on the information provided, the potential impact on the applicant and their organization, and overall alignment with the goals of this initiative. Phillips Education reserves the right not to award a given month's sponsored seat if no applicant meets the selection criteria. All selection decisions are final.
The sponsorship covers tuition for one Haas Maintenance & Repair Training course only, awarded once per calendar month. Travel, lodging, meals, transportation, and all other related expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant and/or their employer.
The selected recipient must enroll in and attend training within 90 days of being notified.
Eligible applicants who are not selected will receive a one-time 10% discount toward a future Haas Maintenance & Repair Training course. The discount must be redeemed within 30 days of that month's winner announcement and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions with Phillips Education or Phillips Corporation.
The sponsored seat has no cash value and may not be rescheduled, transferred, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or applied to previous purchases.
By accepting a sponsored seat, the selected recipient agrees to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities related to the program, including testimonials, photography, video recordings, interviews, social media content, website features, case studies, and other materials developed by Phillips Education and Phillips Corporation.
Phillips Education reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
