HOW IT WORKS

Step 1:

Build Your
Team

✅Teams of 2–6 students (high school, college, or university)
✅1–2 instructors to guide you (optional)
✅Multiple teams per school welcome

Step 2:

Partner with Local Industry

Work with a company to identify a challenge or improvement opportunity. Then design and manufacture at least two parts using:
✅Haas CNC machines
✅Markforged 3D printers

(Phillips can help if you don’t have a Markforged printer.)

Step 3:

Design, Build & Submit

✅Upload design files and documentation
✅Create a 1–3 min video showcasing your team’s process

Step 4:

Win Big

Projects judged on:
✅Innovation & practicality
✅Teamwork & presentation quality
✅Creative use of technology
