MOD-WELD Cart

The MOD-WELD table cart system is designed around the FANUC CRX cobot's 49-inch reach envelope, with 16 mm fixture holes on 2-inch centers across the main and side carts for seamless integration. Radius-cut side carts maintain full access within the robot's working envelope.

When fully assembled to 108 inches, the system provides space for torch access and allows students to work safely just outside the cobot's maximum reach.

Designed to integrate into existing weld booths, this system uses a FANUC CRX-10iA cobot with a compact layout, teach and jog pendant, and preloaded Touch Sensing and Through-Arc Seam Tracking.
