1. Uttarakhand Government & World Bank : Advanced Manufacturing Centre of Excellences across the state

The Phillips Education Centers of Excellence (CoE) in Uttarakhand are Advanced manufacturing training hubs, established via partnerships with the state government, the Uttarakhand Workforce Development Program (UKWDP), and the World Bank. We equip local youth with hands-on training on Industry 4.0, CNC Precision Manufacturing, Milling and Turning Specialist trades, Industrial & Machine Maintenance and Advanced CAD/CAM Operations. Phillips Education provides the machines, industry curriculum, expert trainers and Machinist app and industry placement.

Till date, families of more than 500 students have been positively benefited from these programs, with more than 95% industry employment at the end of the course. These CoEs have created a stronger talent pipeline of practically trained skilled manpower, capable of contributing to industry from day one. We have multiple global & local organisations as our placement partners such as Mahindra Swaraj, Titan Engineering and Automation Limited (TEAL) - A Tata Enterprise, Ognibene, Persol, Uno Minda, Polyplex, Mach Aero, Pradeep Metals and many More.

2. JSW Energy Skill Academy : Wind Turbine Installation Course

The JSW Energy Skill Academy is a vocational training initiative launched by JSW Energy in partnership with Phillips Education. The program addressed India's clean energy skill gap by providing two-month, industry-aligned mobilization & training for more than 300 ITI and young students focused on wind turbine installation, operations, and renewable energy execution.

This has strengthened operational excellence and safety standards across JSW's expanding renewable footprint all across India. Phillips Education takes such specialized initiatives that meet customized requirements & delivers as a turnkey project.

This included Virtual Reality (VR)-based assessments, hands-on shopfloor trainings for Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics & Civil work, and specialized digital learning tools. Learners are also equipped with global industrial & technical safety protocols with written, verbal, and behavioral communication training for the workplace.

3. Aditya Birla Hindalco Industries : Advanced Technical Training Centre of Excellence

In a significant boost to India's "Viksit Bharat", "Skill India" and "Make in India" missions, Phillips Education has officially partnered with Hindalco Industries Limited (an Aditya Birla Group company) & launched a state-of-the-art Advanced Technical Training Centre of Excellence (CoE), in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh. This was executed under Hindalco's strong commitment with their CSR/ESG initiatives that supports the state's journey toward becoming a global hub for high-tech manufacturing, local youth skilling & employability.

This Advanced Technical Training CoE is currently serving as a hub for high-end technical skilling, focusing on preparing local youth for advanced manufacturing 4.0 industry and technology-driven roles across multiple manufacturing & new age industries.

4. Tata Technologies : Train-The-Trainer Program

Phillips Education has partnered with Tata Technologies for a Train-the-Trainer Program to train more than 1000 instructors in multiple locations across India. Our Train the Trainer program empowers industry professionals to become skilled trainers themselves, arming them with the expertise to effectively impart knowledge and train the next generation of manufacturing professionals.

Phillips has been an instrumental partner in setting up advanced technology labs for machining and skill development training for conducting the Train the Trainer (TTT) Program for 300 SMEs of Tata Technologies spanning across India and certifying them. This also included installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a total of 300 CNC Milling & Turning machines.

5. IIT Bombay : Hybrid Manufacturing R&D

Phillips Education and IIT Bombay had partnered to unleash R&D potential in metal working for the Aerospace and Defence industries. We collaborated with Meltio (OEM for DED Technology) and Haas Automation, Inc. (OEM for 5-Axis CNC Milling) to offer the Innovative Hybrid Integration. The complete turnkey & specialized project, including three years of onsite application and service support, is being provided by Phillips Additive. IIT Bombay undertook this as a part of the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative of the Government of India.

This inspired a deeper understanding of precision manufacturing of complex parts and provided engineering students with hands-on experience in hybrid manufacturing techniques, including the use of both Additive/3D-Printing and Subtractive manufacturing methods.

By empowering engineering departments in universities with advanced manufacturing capabilities, Phillips Education is helping build a future-ready academic ecosystem that directly supports Viksit Bharat, Skill India, and Make In India goals.

6. NIT Delhi : Additive Manufacturing Lab

National Institute of Technology Delhi (NIT Delhi) has established a machine laboratory in association with Phillips Education. This specifically caters to Additive Manufacturing, which is a futuristic & cutting-edge technology. This has transformed the experience of students from passive learners into innovators, fostering the technical skills and problem-solving mindset essential for the modern workforce.

We also organised a state level competition in additive manufacturing at NIT Delhi. Investing & upgrading these spaces in technical universities & engineering colleges ensures the next generation of engineers can transition seamlessly from the classroom to the factory floor.

7. Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR) : Digital Manufacturing CoE

Phillips initiated the Advanced Manufacturing Skill Development Centre of Excellence in Bhubaneswar, in a collaboration with the Government of Odisha, and Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR).

This Centre of Excellence is designed to train students in cutting-edge technologies like 3D Printing, Hybrid Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 systems. This is fostering research, innovation, and entrepreneurship outcomes, also supporting Odisha's vision to become India's largest skilling hub.

8. MPIT, Gorakhpur : Centre of Excellence & Drone Lab

Proud to partner with Phillips Machine Tools in the landmark initiative to establish the Drone Lab at the Centre of Excellence, Maharana Pratap Institute of Technology (MPIT) Gorakhpur, with support of TCS Foundation.

We are committed to enabling next-generation talent through advanced skilling infrastructure. The integration of Drone Lab capabilities along with Additive Manufacturing solutions reflects a strong step towards bridging the gap between education and industry.
