About the Role

We are seeking a proactive professional to join our team as a Manager – Project & Contract Management. This role will represent our organization in the execution of government skilling projects and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines. The candidate will play a critical role in project planning, cost management, and contract execution, while engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Planning:
– Prepare and execute detailed project management plans.
– Use MS Project to monitor and track project progress.
– Ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations.
Financial & Cost Management:
– Develop and maintain detailed cost sheets.
– Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
– Monitor budget utilization and track financial performance.
Contract & Risk Management:
– Support contract negotiation and ensure compliance with terms.
– Maintain project risk register and implement mitigation measures.
– Monitor change requests and variations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
– Represent the organization with government agencies, vendors, and partners.
– Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
– Prepare project status reports and presentations.
Documentation & Compliance:
– Maintain project documentation, approvals, and audit records.
– Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and quality requirements.

Candidate Profile

Education: B.E./B.Tech or Chartered Accountant (CA). PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years in project management/contract management, preferably with government projects.
Strong knowledge of MS Project.
Proficiency in cost sheet preparation, BOM development, and financial tracking.
Proficiency in the use of AI tools for project planning, documentation, and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
