Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development of the PVM & EPD product portfolio within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, technical presentations, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and order closure.
  • Understand customer manufacturing challenges and recommend value-driven technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with application engineering and internal support teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast business opportunities, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at customer visits, industry events, exhibitions, and technical seminars.

Candidate Profile & Qualification:

  • 10–12 years of proven experience in Machine Tools, Cutting Tools, or Capital Goods sales.
  • Strong expertise in B2B sales, business development, and key account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and provide consultative sales solutions.
  • Application Engineering experience will be an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
