The Haas Robot Package 2 is a fully integrated, plug-and-play robot system for the following Haas medium vertical machining centers, UMCs, and turning centers:

  • VF-1 through VF-5 
  • ST-20 through ST-35; DS-30Y
  • UMC-500/SS through UMC-1000/SS

Controls: The system is controlled entirely from the Haas control with no additional pendant required.

Payload: 25 kg (55.1 lbs.) Max Capacity (part + gripper)

Package Includes:

  • FANUC M-20iD/25 6-axis robot arm
  • Base pedestal
  • Robot electrical interface box
  • CE-compliant safety guard fencing
  • End-of-arm parts gripper (single gripper included)
  • Parts table
  • Software interface for direct control through the Haas machine
  • Electrical interface box, safety guarding, and all necessary solenoids, hardware, and cables.

Power Source: Requires a separate 200-230V 3-Phase, 50/60 Hz, 3.0 kVA power supply.
