Phillips Federal among the 67 awardees selected by the Air Force Rapid Sustainment Office (AFRSO) for a share of the $975 million
November 25, 2024 – Hanover, MD – Phillips Federal, a leader in advanced manufacturing and industrial services for the Department of Defense, is proud to announce its selection as one of the 67 awardees in the $975 million contract by the United States Air Force. The contract, issued by the 771st Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, is part of a larger initiative to support the Rapid Sustainment Office (RSO) in optimizing the operational readiness of deployed assets.
The contract is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) agreement, designed to span a five-year base period with four optional years, extending through 2033. This significant contract underscores the U.S. Air Force’s commitment to integrating innovative technologies into aircraft logistics and sustainment operations.

Under this contract, Phillips Federal will leverage its extensive expertise in supply chain and production optimization, maintenance and sustainment, workforce development & training, logistics support, industrial machine cybersecurity & machine data collection, and additive, hybrid, and digital system manufacturing to ensure the successful execution of all delivery and task orders. Phillip Federal’s contributions will aid the RSO in identifying, prototyping, integrating, testing, qualifying, scaling, and demonstrating emerging technology applications in advanced manufacturing.
