Retired United States Marine Corps Colonel Patrick Tucker brings nearly three decades of leadership and logistics expertise. During his military career, Tucker commanded at company, battalion, and regimental levels, including serving as Deputy Commander of Marine Forces Europe and Africa. He has also operationalized advanced manufacturing for the Marine Corps and Navy, addressing supply chain vulnerabilities through advanced technologies.
With his logistics and advanced manufacturing expertise, Patrick will be a key resource in helping our federal partners navigate supply chain challenges and implement innovative solutions.
Tucker’s connection with Phillips Federal dates back to 2019 during his time as Commander of Combat Logistics Regiment 15, where he worked with Phillips Federal on a CRADA. In 2023, during his tenure as Strategic Consultant at the Naval Postgraduate School, he collaborated with Phillips Federal to address urgent parts shortages, helping identify issues and pursue additive manufacturing solutions.
