As the U.S. Navy advances toward a “1 COLUMBIA + 2 VIRGINIA” submarine production cadence by Fiscal Year 2026, the Summit delivered a clear and urgent message—accelerate progress, embrace innovation, and act boldly.

Exceeding Expectations: A projected shortfall of 6,500 skilled manufacturing workers was not only met but surpassed—by more than 300 individuals—demonstrating the success and scalability of this training model.
