Dear Reader,

I cannot believe how quickly 2022 is moving along. We have a busy and exciting year ahead – from the return of Skills USA competitions this month to the National HTEC Conference in July to IMTS in September, we are so excited to get out there and support our incredible schools, students, and educators.  

Since I began my tenure here at Phillips in June, I have seen so many fantastic programs and schools across our 13 states, and it’s been wonderful to meet you. To those schools I have not visited yet – I’ll get there! I have a goal to visit each and every one of you.  

This month, I want to offer my warmest congratulations to several new Gene Haas training centers in our Phillips education family. We were thrilled to be present with Gene Haas Foundation Director Kathy Looman for the official ribbon cuttings at Nash Community College in Rocky Mount, NC, and Southern Union State Community College in Opelika, AL. A huge congratulations to our friends at both schools. It’s such an honor to celebrate your accomplishments with you! 

I will be keeping you updated on even more celebrations via this monthly newsletter, as well as on my Phillips Corp Lindsay Facebook page. If you haven’t followed me there, please do so! This is where I’m hosting contests (look out for lots of fun NASCAR giveaways), along with posting events, job/internship listings, and updates.
