Haas Advanced Mill Service Training

Course Description
In just five days, participants will take their Haas CNC mill service skills to the next level by learning how to repair a crashed mill.

Key learning areas and practice include:

  1. Conduct a detailed geometry inspection.
  2. Read ball bar information.
  3. Use a granite square.
  4. Correct machine geometry.
  5. Replace machine guide rails.
  6. Change out drawbars.
  7. Replace different styles of encoders.

Locations
Classes are offered weekly in Knoxville, TN.
