Skills Covered
From complex repairs to preventative maintenance, this class will give your techs all the skills they need to service customers. The focus is on “best practices” across every skill set and all training is hands-on. This is exactly how Phillips teaches our own field service techs.
How it Works
Participants take four week-long classes over a 4-6 month period. Instructors communicate with managers on student progress and administer the official Haas certification test.
