If there is anyone in this company that knows what it really takes to become a Phillips Brand Ambassador, it would be Helene Kershaw! Helene is the master of the Brand Ambassador program and assists with getting all eligible Partners certified. She keeps a detailed system of all Partners and where they are in the process, to ensure they have what it takes to make it to this prestige status at Phillips Corporation.
Service and Virtuoso awards are also processed by Helene. She ensures that all specifications are met and coordinates with Leaders on the presenting of these great accomplishment awards. All of these awards need a large attention to detail and a great deal of follow-up communications. Helene will not stop until she gets everyone to the desired outcome. This passion of hers has been in place ever since she joined Phillips nineteen years ago!
Helene is always willing to accept new assignments with enthusiasm and energy to help any partner or team in need. At one point Helene jumped into recruiting without any experience in this area. She quickly educated herself on the process and before long became an excellent interviewer and was responsible for helping us bring aboard some very valuable partners.
For quite some time, Helene was the virtuoso of our OGTE! system. She would ensure that all new Partners received an OGTE! overview and even followed up with all of these Partners, to ensure they have completed assignments and created SMARTER objectives. She strived in making sure that the people understood the importance of what they were doing and to guarantee the quality of their input.
Time management and planning is something Helene is a role model for. She keeps Alan’s rigorous schedule organized, accurate and goes above and beyond to ensure things run smooth. Helene not only does this for Alan’s schedule, on a daily basis, she is the key leader to arranging all leadership meetings. This includes numerous details and coordinating a lot of schedules, to ensure these very important meetings occur with a specific agenda, without any roadblocks. These meetings occur quite frequently throughout the year and Helene’s workload doubles (maybe even triples), but she manages to calmly get everything done with A+ customer service the entire time.
If you have ever made a visit to our Hanover office, most likely Helene is the first face you see. She truly sets the tone of extreme hospitality for all who come through our front doors. On a regular basis, guests comment on the quality reception and service that Helene provides, making all visits to our Hanover facility memorable.
