APPLICATION & EDUCATION

We offer more than a machine; we provide you a total solution that include our education and application training courses that will keep your organization ahead of the curve.

We take into account your workers skill level and their familiarity with things like CNC controls, machine setup, program functions, Servo bar feed, Probe training, and 4th & 5th axis training. All training programs are tailored to meet your needs and address proper setup, programming, operation, and in some cases the proper maintenance of your machines.

Class Requirements

// All Students must be confirmed with our office before coming to class.

// Classes are held in various locations throughout our territory.

// Classes are held for either Mills or Lathes.

// Classes take two days to complete.

// Class times are 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM.

// Classes are set up on a first come, first serve basis.

// Classes are limited to eight (8) students per class.

// Students need to bring a calculator to class.

// We limit two students per class for each customer.

Power On and Off, MDI Operation, Sending and Receiving CNC Programs, Floppy Drive Operation, Control Setting Display Operation, Help/Calculator Functions, Tool Length and Work Offsets, Edit Modes, Display Modes, Intuitive and Basic Programming.
