History
Haeger Incorporated was founded in 1979 by Virgil Haeger, a pioneer in the development of hardware insertion machines. Virgil's classic HP-6 insertion machines created the foundation for the explosive growth in the use of self clinching fasteners through the 1980's and beyond.
Haeger, Inc. became a part of the Phillips Corporation in 1983. Phillips Corporation is a unique community of high performers — a work in process — dedicated to rapid paced continuous improvement for the purpose of providing unusual levels of productivity and service to our customers. We are a global supplier of manufacturing technology products and services primarily focused on machine tools (metalworking).
Scope
For over 25 years, Haeger has pioneered and manufactured machines and tooling systems for inserting nearly every type and size of self-clinching fastener imaginable.
