In business since 1961, Phillips Corporation operates Haas Factory Outlets in the United States, China, and India, sells and services customized solutions for machining large parts through its Heavy Machine Tool Division in Canada, and leads the high-tech fastener insertion industry with its Haeger, Inc. division in the United States, Netherlands, and China.

To be successful in this new role, you must have a minimum of five years of manufacturing experience; be able to effectively train/teach customers (from one on one sessions up to workshops with fifteen participants, both hands-on and classroom); and have knowledge of programming, tooling and applications for CNC machines. General knowledge of G code programming is a must. The right person will have great communications skills and be able to relate to all types of people. This role will require 70-90% U. S. domestic travel. Knowledge of Haas machines is strongly preferred.
